ISELIN--The First Annual Industrial Developers’ & Investors’ Night has been scheduled for Monday, April 25, 2011 by the Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Area (IOREBA). Created by Sean Brady, President of IOREBA and Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., this industrial-only event is titled, "How Solar Energy Can Help Industrial Properties.” The event will take place at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, with a cocktail hour at 5 p.m. followed by dinner and the program at 6:30 p.m.
Speakers are Jeff Milanaik, President of Heller Industrial Parks, Inc.; Avi Avidan of Avidan Management LLC; and Ryan Marrone, Counsel, Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein and Blader.
Display tables will be presented by local solar energy companies, including Solis Partners, Solar Nation, Orion Energy Systems, Trinity Solar, Clean Energy USA, 4 Sons Solar, Solar Roof Development, Whitman Engineering, Mercury Solar Systems, HES Energy Services, and Pro-Tech Energy Solutions. "In the past, we have combined office and industrial as one developers’ event," said Brady. "By popular demand, we have created separate events for the two sectors. The recent Annual Office Developers’ & Investors’ Night was a major success, and we anticipate the same for the industrial event. Both nights provide important networking opportunities, as well as topical, informative programs for the region's commercial real estate professionals."
Individual attendee registration can be completed online. Before April 18, the fee is $90 for IOREBA members and $105 for non-members. After April 18, the fee is $110 for members and $125 for non-members (at door only).
